Gay Pride in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria is one of the largest and most popular prides events in the world!

The Committee have revealed that the theme for this year's event will be, 'Travel....back to the future'. As most people 'travel' to get to the celebrations, the theme is set to take you on a journey from the 1950's through to the present to the future over the 9 days of the Pride week! Think music of the decades, think colour and feathers, lights and tights ! It's a fun journey, it's a loose theme which everyone can join in with.

Location

Maspalomas plays host to many events during the week including live performances on the main stage, the famous Friday Drag Gala, pool parties, art exhibitions, the best club parties and of course the amazing Parade on Saturday 11th May followed by the Sunsation Dance Party and the Saturday Night Live Show.

Parade Route

The Gran Canaria Gay Pride parade takes place around the Maspalomas area of Gran Canaria working it's way towards the resorts Yumbo Centre where the procession ends with one of the biggest LGBT parties in Europe.

If you're wondering how much Gran Canaria Gay Pride tickets are then you'll be pleased to know that the street celebrations during the Saturday parade are free of charge, however there are a number of ticketed events in and around the Yumbo Centre area ranging from €10 - €300.
